彈性膜片聯(lián)軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時(shí)通過(guò)彈性膜片的的變形來(lái)補(bǔ)償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬?gòu)椥該闲月?lián)軸器。彈性聯(lián)軸器結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，傳遞扭矩大，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，免維護(hù)，耐高溫，耐酸堿防腐蝕，適用于高溫高速及有腐蝕工況環(huán)境的軸系傳動(dòng)。

Rokee's RL series steel laminae coupling is a high-quality product developed independently on basis of combination of advanced products from Europe and Japan, etc. It has smaller size, larger torque of the same model, more reasonable proportioning size, large compensation scope, light weight and small rotational inertia. With modularized design, it’s easy for assembly, maintenance and replacement. Its performance far exceeds the one of JM series diaphragm coupling. 萬(wàn)向聯(lián)軸器采用十字軸承聯(lián)接兩端聯(lián)接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對(duì)角向的補(bǔ)償可達(dá)25?以上，采用花鍵聯(lián)接可以大距離地補(bǔ)償軸向位移。萬(wàn)向軸承載能力高，傳動(dòng)效率優(yōu)異，在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)領(lǐng)域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬(wàn)向聯(lián)軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wàn)向聯(lián)軸器使用的場(chǎng)合相近，主要運(yùn)用在重載大型裝備領(lǐng)域，回轉(zhuǎn)直徑可達(dá)1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wàn)向聯(lián)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機(jī)械，起重運(yùn)輸機(jī)械等其他重型裝備領(lǐng)域，回轉(zhuǎn)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達(dá)30m以上，是運(yùn)用相當(dāng)廣泛的萬(wàn)向聯(lián)軸器。

萬(wàn)向節(jié)聯(lián)軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測(cè)量同軸度應(yīng)在十字軸萬(wàn)向聯(lián)軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個(gè)位置進(jìn)行。十字軸式萬(wàn)向聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接的機(jī)泵在安裝過(guò)程中都不可避免地要進(jìn)行同軸度的調(diào)整，使對(duì)輪既同心又平行，否則將影響機(jī)泵使用效率或造成設(shè)備運(yùn)行事故。

靠背輪聯(lián)軸器用來(lái)將不同機(jī)構(gòu)中的主動(dòng)軸和從動(dòng)軸牢固地聯(lián)接起來(lái)一同旋轉(zhuǎn)，并傳遞運(yùn)動(dòng)和扭矩的機(jī)械部件。有時(shí)也用以聯(lián)接軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合成，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯(lián)接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過(guò)某種方式將兩半聯(lián)接起來(lái)。

靠背輪聯(lián)軸器可兼有補(bǔ)償兩軸之間由于制造安裝不精確、工作時(shí)的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發(fā)生的偏移（包括軸向偏移、徑向偏移、角偏移或綜合偏移）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。

靠背輪為俗稱，專業(yè)叫法為聯(lián)軸器以及法蘭，用于機(jī)械設(shè)備的連接。
