萬向聯(lián)軸器采用十字軸承聯(lián)接兩端聯(lián)接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補(bǔ)償可達(dá)25?以上，采用花鍵聯(lián)接可以大距離地補(bǔ)償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優(yōu)異，在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)領(lǐng)域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向聯(lián)軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lián)軸器使用的場合相近，主要運(yùn)用在重載大型裝備領(lǐng)域，回轉(zhuǎn)直徑可達(dá)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lián)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機(jī)械，起重運(yùn)輸機(jī)械等其他重型裝備領(lǐng)域，回轉(zhuǎn)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達(dá)30m以上，是運(yùn)用相當(dāng)廣泛的萬向聯(lián)軸器。

萬向節(jié)聯(lián)軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應(yīng)在十字軸萬向聯(lián)軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進(jìn)行。十字軸式萬向聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接的機(jī)泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進(jìn)行同軸度的調(diào)整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響機(jī)泵使用效率或造成設(shè)備運(yùn)行事故。

伺服電機(jī)聯(lián)軸器，因其使用場合的精密性，必須具備特殊的性能：零間隙：聯(lián)軸器整體在傳動過程中不允許有間隙，包括正向間隙以及回程間隙；高剛性：即不允許出現(xiàn)傳動的遲滯性，否則將嚴(yán)重影響伺服馬達(dá)傳動的精度；低慣量：在保證傳動強(qiáng)度的基礎(chǔ)之上，應(yīng)盡可能降低伺服馬達(dá)聯(lián)軸器的重量；柔性：精密的伺服聯(lián)軸器，不僅要求剛性高，同時需要吸收安裝過程中產(chǎn)生的軸與軸之間的偏差；其他性能：耐熱性、動平衡性等。

風(fēng)機(jī)聯(lián)軸器是電機(jī)與風(fēng)機(jī)連接的聯(lián)軸器。它可以將不同機(jī)構(gòu)中的主動軸和從動軸牢牢地緊密連接在一起，以此達(dá)到一同旋轉(zhuǎn)的目的，并傳遞運(yùn)動機(jī)械零件，有時也用以聯(lián)接軸與其他零件。

風(fēng)機(jī)聯(lián)軸器具有減速、增速、變向和換向等動作以及緩和沖擊、吸振的作用。聯(lián)軸器可分為剛性聯(lián)軸器和撓性聯(lián)軸器兩大類。前者不具有緩沖性和補(bǔ)償兩軸線相對位移的能力，但結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護(hù)方便。
