梅花聯(lián)軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯(lián)和一個硬度可以調(diào)整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯(lián)之間實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)接，梅花彈性聯(lián)軸器具有補(bǔ)償兩軸相對位移，減振緩沖，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，無需潤滑維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)。

星形彈性聯(lián)軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯(lián)接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯(lián)軸器具有補(bǔ)償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應(yīng)場合普遍，傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯(lián)軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形爪塊限制。

梅花形聯(lián)軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯(lián)軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進(jìn)口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯(lián)軸器中間聚氨脂塑料元件以獨(dú)有配方配制,具有耐磨性高抗溫性好韌性強(qiáng),與一般普通塑膠件質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定耐用. 梅花型體有六瓣和八瓣,根據(jù)客戶要求定制. 固定方式有鍵槽.

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.
