萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優(yōu)異，在現代工業(yè)領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器使用的場合相近，主要運用在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節(jié)聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行事故。

伺服電機聯軸器，因其使用場合的精密性，必須具備特殊的性能：零間隙：聯軸器整體在傳動過程中不允許有間隙，包括正向間隙以及回程間隙；高剛性：即不允許出現傳動的遲滯性，否則將嚴重影響伺服馬達傳動的精度；低慣量：在保證傳動強度的基礎之上，應盡可能降低伺服馬達聯軸器的重量；柔性：精密的伺服聯軸器，不僅要求剛性高，同時需要吸收安裝過程中產生的軸與軸之間的偏差；其他性能：耐熱性、動平衡性等。

風機聯軸器具有減速、增速、變向和換向等動作以及緩和沖擊、吸振的作用。聯軸器可分為剛性聯軸器和撓性聯軸器兩大類。前者不具有緩沖性和補償兩軸線相對位移的能力，但結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方便。
