剛性聯(lián)軸器是一種扭轉剛性的聯(lián)軸器，即使承受負載時也無任何回轉間隙，即便是有偏差產(chǎn)生負荷時，剛性聯(lián)軸器還是剛性傳遞扭矩。剛性聯(lián)軸器分為凸緣聯(lián)軸器、套筒聯(lián)軸器、夾殼聯(lián)軸器和平行軸聯(lián)軸器。剛性聯(lián)軸器是由剛性傳力件構成，各聯(lián)接件之間不能相對運動，因此不具備補償兩軸線相對偏移的能力，只適用于被聯(lián)接兩軸在安裝時能嚴格對中，工作時不產(chǎn)生兩軸相對偏移的場合，凸緣聯(lián)軸器無彈性元件，不具備減振和緩沖功能，一般只適宜用于載荷平穩(wěn)并無沖擊振動的工況條件。

It is generally only suitable for working conditions with stable loads and no impact vibration.
